Jane Gol is the co-founder and President of Continental Ventures. With thirty years of real estate experience throughout New York City, Long Island, Florida and Toronto, she is one of New York’s only women at the helm of a real estate development company. Ms. Gol has extensive experience in real estate investment and the development of residential, commercial and retail projects. Ms. Gol is instrumental in negotiating and structuring each acquisition and is responsible for the oversight of new developments including iconic projects in Soho, the West Village, the Upper West Side and Upper East Side of Manhattan. Ms. Gol is also co-President of Continental Pinewood, which develops communities of condominium residences and luxury homes on Long Island, and of Bayport Funding, which is a private equity non-traditional lending platform.
Ms. Gol is proud to have served as a Commissioner on the New York City Planning Commission under Mayor Michael Bloomberg, where she collaborated on the transformational re-zoning efforts that led to The High Line, Hudson Yards and the Downtown Brooklyn revitalization.
