Inna Khidekel is a Partner at Bridge Investment Group and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She is responsible for business and product development across Bridge’s global institutional client base and serves on the Investment Committees of the Bridge Workforce & Affordable Housing and Bridge Office strategies. Inna also chairs Bridge Gives, Bridge’s charitable giving committee, and spearheaded and serves on the firmwide Bridge ESG Steering Committee. Inna is a prominent voice in the industry regarding a private sector solution to the US affordable housing crisis and helped to devise a new paradigm for impact reporting that provides actionable intelligence and transparency on community revitalization. Her work helped Bridge Investment Group’s Workforce and Affordable Housing strategy win ESG Private Fund of the Year, as well as to be recognized by UN PRI for real-world impact in addressing the “missing middle.” Inna also initiated Bridge’s partnership with TOIGO and PREA Foundation, to support diverse leadership in finance, and serves on the leadership committee of the Bridge Women’s Network (BWN).
Inna is a frequent writer, commentator, and blogger on the real estate industry. Most recently, she won the REFI US Awards and the Harvard Business School Women’s Rising Star Award and was recognized by Crain’s New York as a 2021 Notable Woman on Wall Street and as a Woman of Influence by Globest. Karen Zabarsky is the Founder and Principal of Ground Up, a multidisciplinary creative studio for the built environment.
She has built a career spearheading ground-up projects. Prior to founding Ground Up, Zabarsky spent six years as the Head of Design and Branding for Kushner, one of the largest real estate development firms in New York City. She was named one of the 2021 Crain’s New York Top Marketing and Public Relations Professionals, and was recently published on Propmodo and 6sqft.
In 2015, Zabarsky co-founded a pro bono advocacy proposal, the Tanks at Bushwick Inlet Park. She assembled and led a world-renowned design team, and drove design direction and community outreach. Prior, Zabarsky cut her teeth on the business development teams for architecture firms SHoP Architects and STUDIO V Architecture.
