After graduating from Columbia Business School, Rachel spent 10 years as the director of marketing and fundraising for multiple hedge funds. As a businesswoman and then mom, Rachel was always in search of the perfect manicure but found herself scrambling to squeeze it in at sub-par places. Recognizing that countless women desired the same thing, Rachel surrounded herself with an experienced team of experts to create, operate, and scale Glosslab.
