Rachel Apfel Glass is the Founder/CEO of Glosslab, a modern membership-based nail salon concept with multiple locations in NYC.   After graduating from Columbia Business School, Rachel spent 10 years as the director of marketing and fundraising for multiple hedge funds.  As a businesswoman and then mom, Rachel was always in search of the perfect manicure but found herself scrambling to squeeze it in at sub-par places. Recognizing that countless women desired the same thing, Rachel surrounded herself with an experienced team of experts to create, operate, and scale Glosslab.  Rachel lives in NYC with her husband and two young daughters, who love the efficiency of mini manis!

In her native Miami, Alyssa was a successful private investor before heading to New York to pursue her law degree. Her work as a real estate attorney makes her a coveted asset at the closing table, while her experience as a development marketing executive aids her impressive ability to develop creative selling strategies. With a proven mastery of new construction and pre-development planning, and a well-honed ability to leverage market data, it's no surprise she's set multiple sales records during her career.

Aside from her notable skill, Alyssa is a personable ally who excels at putting clients at ease. Intelligent, nimble and eminently trustworthy, she thrives on connecting with people and making their real estate dreams a reality.

Alyssa earned a B.A. from Florida International University and graduated with honors from New York Law School. A resident of West Chelsea, Alyssa loves spending time with her husband, Eric Brody, and their two daughters.
